I'll be cooking my way through this one for a long time. The recipes are fun and delicious, and the writing is inspired. It's as much memoir as cookbook, and with Andrew the adventures never end, be they culinary or cultural, at home or abroad. Among the treats you'll only find here is the Pham family recipe for coconut caramel, which is to die for whether used in cooking or to top waffles. Available for Kindle and Ipad, and I have neither, but no need -- I treasure my signed paperback copy.
